This is the latest edition of GQ British, and the two I've chosen are 'The Seasoned explorer" and "Big Time operators". The first article is showing a new style for the winter, GQ is a magazine for men between the ages of 20 to 50, this article is for men aged 20 to 30, because of the style is young and fresh, however it can be worn by anyone. The prices are quite high, due to the brand. 
The second article is about watches, one of the most popular accessories for men, specifically analogue watches. Watches have become their own fashion statement for that you get different types of watch like digital and analogue, prices between £50 to something ridiculous in the thousands, different straps from leather and matte to  stainless steel and pleather.

Victor Moscoso is a Spanish-born, American artist, most famous for weird rock posters, advertisements and comics during the 60s and 70s, His work is seen as quite psychadelic and the vibrant colours that give a intense visual .He was one of the few artists with experience in making rock posters. Moscoso was taught by Josef Albers, who was used to teach at the Bauhaus in Weimar, Germany, He moved to San Francisco in 1959, he went to the San Francisco Art Institute, were he became an instructor later on. In 1968, Moscoso became a leading artist for the underground comics called ZAP comix. 

Norman Rockwell was an American Illustrator, his work would be based around American culture, His most famous work was for the front covers for Saturday Evening News, he did that for almost 5 decades.   His work has some added humour, but also a story to his work which I find really interesting, Rockwell was born in New York, 1894, his work was based on what would be called The American Dream, he went to the Art Student League of New York and the National Academy of Design, He was seen as the godfather of American illustrations, This piece I find really intriguing is that it is a portrait of himself painting himself, what I like about this piece is how he was able to is how much he has done in one piece and that it shows life in a still, painting, its a triple portrait. This piece was for the Saturday Evening News, it was made in 1959, however, it was published and year later in 1960, he used oil paints on canvas. 

Otl Aicher is a German Graphics designer, his most recognisable work is the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, He was born in Ulm, Germany, 1922, where he also co-founded The Ulm School of Design with Inge Scholl and Max Bill. The school was founded in 1953 and ended in 1968. Aicher was a self-taught designer and teacher, he learnt from other peoples teaching methods like Jospeh Albers  and use them to improve his teaching skills. Aicher started taking an interest in corporate branding, he designed the brand logo for a German airline, Lufthansa, he also created the logo for Munich airport, 

It is a variety of subliminal messages throughout 2019, some political, others are controversial.
