Development
1. When coming up with this idea, I knew it had to be double page spread, at first I wanted to show more of the soldier and have the fish in the background,

I started to have more fun with the idea of this fish being massive and scary so I went for the sharp teeth and that it looks as if its had a few fights before this moment, adding of the text was a bit lazy at this point so I changed that, and the light blue line that's suppose to represent a wave was pointless. Overall, the fish was exactly how I envisioned it to be.

2. After some decisions, I decided to make it more on how "Great" fish was, and in my earlier thumbnails, I was not showing that. This illustration was better, but I felt as if it wasn't showing any greatness to it, so I decided to change the colour of the fish.
3. This one was getting there, but again I wanted to show off more ferocity in the fish. I knew to fill the page to show the size of this beast and I did think I did that as first, but I struggled with the eye of the fish as well, it was looking to cutesy, so myself and the help of my peers, I was able to come up with a fish worth being GREAT.

After adding more texture, shadow and finding a place to add the text, I could happily say that this one of my most successful illustrations I have done.
